After learning that some of her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars weren't buying her Lyme disease diagnosis, Foster reportedly confronted the women, and caused a scene during the finale episode taping at Kyle Richards' Palm Springs, Calif. home.

“Yolanda came with a mission to make a scene,” an insider told Radar Online on Friday. “She learned that the women had been questioning her Lyme disease diagnosis, with Lisa Rinna and Taylor Armstrong leading the charge. Taylor wasn’t at the party but that didn’t stop Yolanda from lighting into Lisa Rinna, Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle.”

“The ladies seemed to think Yolanda had become a hypochondriac, or was making herself sick from undergoing so many alternative treatments,” the source explained. “Yolanda was very, very upset and did indeed yell at them.”

Since being diagnosed with the illness in 2012, a short time after she wed music mogul David Foster, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been open with her battle on social media, and often shares updates and photos from her ongoing treatments.
