Jenelle Evans and her boyfriend, David Eason, traveled to St. Thomas for a romantic getaway days ago, and during their trip, Eason reportedly presented the Teen Mom 2 star with a special piece of jewelry.

Just two months into their relationship, the couple appear to be getting serious. Luckily, however, Evans and Eason aren't yet engaged.
“Thank you for this @madewithlovebyangie #precious #thoughtful,” Evans captioned a photo of a heart pendant given to her by Eason, which read, “David & Jenelle," and included an infinity symbol.
As fans of Teen Mom 2 will likely recall, St. Thomas was the setting of Evans' engagement to Nathan Griffith in January of this year. Months after welcoming their son Kaiser in June 2014, Evans and Griffith traveled to St. Thomas with a group of friends, and during a romantic dinner, Griffith got down on one knee.
As Teen Mom 2 season six continued, Evans and Griffith's relationship went downhill fast, and after two physical altercations between them, the couple officially called off their engagement in July.
Since then, Evans has been dating Eason, and Griffith has been dating Jessica Henry, who was mentioned a number of times during the show.
Jenelle Evans is rumored to be filming Teen Mom 2 sason seven with her co-stars, but so far, MTV hasn't released an announcement.
