Lala Kent's Bravo debut on Vanderpump Rules season four will air later tonight, and ahead of the new episode, SUR Lounge's newest employee spoke to Enstars about her role on the show, her co-stars, and those pesky comparisons to Stassi Schroeder.

After signing with a number of modeling agencies at a young age, including Ford, Kent starred in everything from Hyundai commercials to Nike to lookbooks, and now, she's making her reality television debut in one of Bravo's most popular series.

Enstars: How did you get connected with SUR Lounge and 'Vanderpump Rules?'
Lala Kent: I've been going to SUR since I was 18. A few of my friends work at the restaurant and passed my name along to Lisa and now, here I am!

Did you know any of the show's cast prior to getting a job at the restaurant?
Yes! I had met all of them a few times. We weren't friends, but we all knew of each other because of the mutual friends we share.

Had you watched the show's previous seasons?
I'm going to get in trouble for admitting this... I had never seen the show prior to joining the cast for the fourth season. I fully intend on tuning in every Monday from now on, though!

If so, which cast members did you like, not like?
I don't know who I would say I "liked" and "didn't like". I had just heard things about certain cast members, so I did go into this with a very open mind, ready to connect with everyone. It doesn't work that way, though, I soon found out.

How is your relationship with boss Lisa Vanderpump?
It's great. She's the definition of a Boss Lady. She is always there when you need her- it's fun to see her go into mama mode. Don't get it twisted though, her business always comes first. She will crack the whip if anybody gets out of line.

In the trailer, fans are informed of your relationship with James Kennedy, when did you two strike up a relationship?
James and I have always connected. Friendship turned into makeout buddies, as Jr. High as that sounds. He has a special place with me. We have too much fun together.

Did you know Kennedy prior to his split from Kristen Doute?
Yes, I met James when he was still in a relationship with Kristen. I had heard their relationship was a sh*t show.

What is the status of your relationship with Kennedy today?
That's a whole different story! We are together all the time and we enjoy each other's company. He keeps me laughing!

How about your relationship with Doute, if you have one?
There isn't one. We avoid each other at all costs. I think it's safer that way.

Which of your co-stars have you hit it off the most with?
Ariana and Tom are my homies. I really adore those two. Scheana as well. And then there is my little squad of James, Faith, and Lisa's son, Max.

What are your thoughts on comments about you being "the new Stassi Schroeder?"
Pshhhhhh please. I'm Lala. I'm not 'the new' anybody.

What are you most excited for fans to see during season four?
I'm excited for people to see a little bit of my personality. I can be intense and unfiltered. It will be interesting to see what people are like, "oh Lala I feel you girl", and what people are like, "this b***h is too much".

Overall, how was your experience filming a reality show?
It was amazing. There were times where I felt overwhelmed and sad, and then there were times I was on a complete high and so happy. That's reality- there are ups and downs. I'm grateful that they brought me on as a cast member. I've really had a great time on this new journey.
