Khloe Kardashian had openly discussed pregnancy and her fertitlity issues on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and on her spinoff reality show "Khloe and Lamar."

However, on the premiere episode of "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami," the youngest of the Kardashian sisters discussed not having a baby, but an abortion. And she may have leaked that her sister Kim has had one.

In the episode, Khloe and Kim are hanging out in a Miami apartment with their DASH store employees and decide to drink alcohol together with the group. As the festivities go underway, Khloe gets excited about the sisters' gathering.

"Being in Miami, it's a girls' night. Let's have some drinks!" Khloe yelled. "It's a celebration any time Kim is drinking and hanging out."

Later, their conversation takes on a more serious turn. Khloe is then heard saying to Kim and the group: "Who lies about an abortion? You lie about not having one."

Kim swiftly changes the topic and pays a compliment to their alcoholic beverages.

"These jello shots are amazing! I think I like drunk Kim. Nay, I love her," Kim says in the preview video.

Kanye West fans need not be alarmed - the episode was filmed before Kim became pregnant with his child.

In the preview clip, Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Scott Disick are also in the apartment but in another room trying to enjoy some quiet family time. The noise from Khloe and Kim's gathering seemingly annoyed him because he expressed his frustration to Kourtney as she held their second child, baby Penelope.

Khloe, 28, asks Disick to join the party: "Scott, come here! Remember Cabo Wabo, how wasted you got?"

Disick replies, "I'm chilling."

Visibly frustrated, Disick tells Kourtney that the couple and her sisters "have two different lifestyles from this end of the room to that end of the room. Behind this is a family. Behind that side is a mockery."

The premiere of "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami" premieres on Sunday, Jan. 20 at 9pm EST on E!
