Jill Duggar Update: Reality Star Admits Husband Derick Dillard Needed Emergency Dental Work In Central America [VIDEO]
There is no doubt that Jill Duggar has a lot to be thankful for this year, especially when it comes to her husband, Derick Dillard, and his smile. The reality television star has admitted that Dillard was in desperate need of a good dentist near their current home in El Salvador, as the couple is in Central America as a part of their missionary work.

According to Jill's latest blog post on the couple's official web site, she says that while life abroad has definitely presented them with plenty of challenges, they are facing each one head on.
She wrote that Derick was able to find a dentist who could fix an orthodontic piece that broke off. What's more, he's also found a men's bible study and prayer group at their local church.
Jill also added her thoughts about the recent terror attacks in Paris while also reminding her fans that she find her strength and courage through her faith and love in God.
She explained, "With so much darkness in the world, we must press on and be faithful in sharing the message of hope with people. Jesus came and lived a perfect life, died for our sins, rose again and offers the free gift of salvation to all who believe in Him and allow Him to be in charge of their lives!"
Jill and Derick will next be seen on the small screen in their TLC spin-off show, "Jill and Jessa: Still Counting." Jill's sister Jessa Duggar along with her husband Ben Seewald will also be apart of the new show.
