The 17-year-old and his team were totally thrilled to be part of this parade's 89th year of giant floats and balloons, epic performances and millions of people tuning in from the streets of New York City and from TV screens from all over the country, kicking off the holiday season.
Wednesday night, the musician's hair stylist Kristan Serafino shared a snap with Mendes, admitting she'd be with him for the parade so thank her for his hair looking good.

Mendes tweeted out his Thanksgiving cheer early this morning prior to the parade starting.

He also shared a picture with Serafino as they awaited his performance in the parade.
The teen musician performed his smash hit "Stitches" aboard a massive pirate ship float.
