In Sunday's episode of "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami," Kim decided to take extreme measures to help get rid of her latest skin outbreak.

Kim kicked off the episode by stealing some of Kourtney's breast milk reserved for baby Penelope after she learned that it helps ease psoriasis. She hatched the plan with her best friend Jonathan Cheban. Dressed in a white mini-dress, Kim squirted the bottled breast milk into her hand and rubbed it into an outbreak on the back of her leg. Kourtney was unaware of what was going on because she was busy on her computer in an adjacent room.

Later, Kim told Kourtney about her need for the breast milk. When Kourtney agreed to help out her younger sister- she suggested that she squeeze the milk out from her breast directly- Kim became uncertain of the idea.

"Are you serious? I don't want to do this. Nevermind!" Kim said with her face in disgust. "Are you really going to do this?"

Kim then stated that she was "not comfortable" dealing with breast milk "fresh off the boob." In the end, Kourtney stood over Kim and squirted her breast milk onto her younger sister's leg, as Kim made awkard face expressions during the "treatment."

"Ew! Ew! That is so disgusting that you can just squeeze that and have it come out," said Kim.

"That's what it's all about!" countered Kourtney.

Fans learned of Kim's psoriasis on previous episodes of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Kim paid a visit to her doctor and learned that the red bumps on her legs was part of psoriasis.

"Psoriasis? I cannot have psoriasis," Kim told the doctor at the time. "My career is doing ad campaigns and swimsuit photo shoots. People don't understand the pressure on me to be perfect."
