On Twitter, the Teen Mom 2 star, who has two sons from previous relationships, was accused of being pregnant after telling fans she was feeling nauseous. However, according to a new report, the reality star isn't currently pregnant -- and has no plans for another child.

“People thought she was pregnant but Jenelle is actually on birth control,” a friend told Radar Online on Wednesday. “She definitely does not want to have another kid right now."

After Evans told fans she had gotten done a workout and was feeling like she was about to throw up, a couple fans commented on why she may be feeling that way.

A second Twitter user agreed.

In response to the women's messages, Evans shared a second tweet, in which she confirmed her nausea was simply from getting a good work out.

"No sweetheart, it's called a good workout. You should try it," she retorted.

Evans has two children, 6-year-old Jace and 1-year-old Kaiser, but since he was born, Evans' mother has had custody of Jace, and continues to raise him in North Carolina. Meanwhile, Evans appears to have her youngest son full-time.
