"I've known Erika for nine years," Foster says during a confessional. "She's a woman of lots of different colors.
Also during the upcoming episode, former cast member Taylor Armstrong rejoins her co-stars, and immediately makes Lisa Rinna uncomfortable when she begins discussing her doubts in Foster's Lyme disease diagnosis during a party thrown for Lisa Vanderpump's husband, Ken Todd, who later ends up in their home's pool.
