Kate Middleton isn't all about sitting back and "looking pretty," as she will make her second official appearance pregnant on Feb.19 at the Hope House London, E! News reported.

St. James' Palace announced on Tuesday that the Duchess of Cambridge will visit the Hope House's Action on Addiction, which offers a safe haven for women to recover from substance dependence and receive support from other outstanding disorders.

Middleton will greet and meet with clients at the 23-bed residential women's treatment center.

The 31-year-old Dutchess chose to be involved in anti-addiction programs as one of her patronage issues after her marriage to Prince William.

The announcement comes days after Middleton was seen maternity shopping around in the streets of London. She was sighted shopping at the Selfridge's department store for workout clothes, where she purchased a pair of yoga leggings and checked out sweaters from her favorite brand, Reiss, according to US Weekly.

This will be her second visit at Hope House and only second appearance at a public engagement since December 2012, USA Today reports

"The Duchess' support, in throwing a spotlight on addiction and recovery and helping us to break down the stigma associated with this complex condition, is enormously important. We are grateful for her continued involvement with the charity, and her enthusiasm for understanding more about our clients and staff," Nick Barton, Chief Executive of Action on Addiction, said in a statement on the website.

Reports say Middleton is feeling much better after she spent time in the hospital suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, a type of morning sickness that if not treated properly can lead to dehydration, weight loss, electrolyte imbalance and blood volume depletion.

The Chicago Sun has reported the Middletons are on a winter vacation on the royal hideaway island of Mustique in the Carribbean.

A source revealed: "The Duke and Duchess have joined the Middletons for a winter break."
