In fact, Holmes is so desperate to hide their relationship from the press that she's been donning disguises so no one sees her--until now.

According to Us Weekly on Tuesday, Holmes reportedly attended Foxx's 48th birthday bash in New York City over the weekend and eyewitnesses say that Suri Cruise's mother openly celebrated her boyfriend's birthday at the star-studded bash, which included good friends Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson at hot spot Le Bilboquet.

A source told the site, "Katie is so in love. She is all about Jamie."

The couple have supposedly been dating since October 2013, a year after Holmes called it quits with her ex-husband Tom Cruise. Rumor has it that the ex-couple are no longer in communication with each other and what's worse, Cruise is no longer in their daughter Suri's life either.

But fortunately for Holmes, she is head-over-heels in love with her new man after spending several years in misery in her marriage along with being a member of Cruise's often criticized Church of Scientology.

The insider added, "She said she loved him. She always gushes about how amazing he is and the joy he brings into the world."
