Episode 14 of Grey's Anatomy airs Feb. 7 and here is a list of what has been revealed so far about the upcoming episode, titled The Face of Change.

In an effort to keep the doors of Seattle Grace-Mercy West open, the hospital has decided to rebrand itself. As a result, Alex Karev and Jackson Avery go head-to-head to try to be the new face of the hospital. In the promotional clip below, Karev tells Meredith Grey he and Avery are competing to be the "poster boy" for the hospital's new brochure. Cristina takes herself out of the running - saying "this face only goes on the Nobel brochure" - and the Avery and Karev get coached by their interns about how to win.

To boost his confidence, Avery's intern tells him "He's a scrapper and a fighter and some people find that charming. But you are an Avery. Use it."

NBC released photos about the transgender couple Avery and Karev will treat in episode 14.

The show's executive producer, Shonda Rhimes, told TV Guide The Face of Change will be a great, funny and interesting episode."

"It's really about the idea that they're trying to rebrand the hospital in a certain way. So they're reluctantly fighting to be the face of the hospital...in a way that's very funny and very challenging because you begin to realize how much trouble they really are in at the hospital."

"You're watching things fall apart from that perspective," she added.

Also in Thursday's episode, April Kepner convinces the hospital to treat an emergency patient even though the emergency wing of the hospital is threatened to close. Kepner called Avery and said she she needs to bring a child who was involved in a hit-and-run to Seattle Grace-Mercy West or he will die. Dr. Alana Cahill and Chief Owen said no - with Cahill saying Kepner has to take the critical patient to a hospital an hour away that is open to trauma cases - but Jackson and Kepner refuse to let the child die.

The Seattle Grace staff care for the patient after secretly admitting him into the hospital, uniting everyone against Cahill. Kepner is also shown riding in the ambulance with paramedic Matthew, who made a pass at her in a previous episode.

A different sneak peek clip revealed that Avery continues his romantic relationship with his intern. The two make out in Karev's home at the same time that Cristina and Owen have sex in the room directly above where Karev and his intern Jo are relaxing. To tune out the noise, Karev and Jo make animal noises that eventually gets Avery and his intern to stop making out.
