Just last week an early Christmas dinner went down between at least Michael Weatherly and Pauley Perrette, the actors behind NCIS characters Tony DiNozzo and Abby Sciuto, which makes it seem like filming is done just in time for holiday plans.
Now, their costar Emily Wickersham, the portrayer of Eleanor "Ellie" Bishop, has shared a snap from a sunny vacation.

On Monday the actress dished, "Vacation taking shape," while sharing an artsy black and white photo of a palm tree with the sunlight peeking through.

It is not clear where the NCIS star is, but it must be quite warm. Regardless of where Wickersham is, we hope she is enjoying her time off!
We cannot wait for NCIS to return with new episodes in 2016 and for the cast and crew to return to set to continue filming. So many juicy things are happening on screen especially with Wickersham's character's romantic life.
NCIS airs on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
