Kristen Stewart opened up on how her life drastically changed since becoming a star.

The actress earned her big break as the starring role in the Twilight movies, a moment that would turn her into a Hollywood starlet. And in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter's 'Award Chatter' podcast, she mentioned how things had a "huge lifestyle shift."

"I did Twilight when I was 17. It came out when I was 18 and my life was never even remotely the same," Stewart said. "A whole lot of other baggage- really heavy and really cool baggage- came along with it."

Robert Pattinson Reflects On The 'Twilight' Films

Some of the baggage she's referring to could easily be pointing to her ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson who starred in the films with her. Considering that their relationship turned into a massive media frenzy especially when they broke up three years ago, the actors' lives were bound to turn upside-down. But it came with a convenience for her role in as an actress's assistant in the film Clouds of Sils Maria.

"As somebody who's dealt with the more absurd, really surreal, oftentimes insanely superficial, empty circus of what the media can be- and perception versus reality- I thought it was really funny and appropriate for me to play that part," the actress shared. "There was just nobody who could say those things with more knowing, and people know that. I wanted those words in my mouth."
