The Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 is still three years away, and the Marvel powers that be have six more films with which to introduce the finale two Infinity Stones. Recent comments from Kevin Feige, however, have fans wondering if Black Panther will lay claim to either the Time Stone or the Soul Stone.

"It's a big geo-political action adventure that focuses on the family and royal struggle of T'Challa in Wakanda, and what is means to be a king," Feige, Marvel Studios' president of production, informed Empire (via Comic Book Movie). "T'Challa's story is very important to us as it links to the next Avengers films, which is why we brought it forward."

The scheduling move Feige is referring to pushed Black Panther from July 6, 2018 to Feb. 16, 2018, making it the last film to air before Infinity War Part 1's May 4, 2018 premiere.

If one of Stones is slated to be introduced in Black Panther, then it is either a last minute addition or that Stone wasn't originally included in the first Infinity War sotry. It is for this reason we find the speculation slightly dubious, but knowing the MCU, nothing should be ruled out.

Do you think the Time Stone or the Soul Stone will be featured in T'Challa's first solo outing? Sound off in the poll below!
