After Glanville, of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, appeared on Nik Richie's Podcast One radio show, slamming Rimes for her cruel postings about her sons, Mason and Jake, Rimes shared two updates with her fans and followers, hinting she was doing her best to ignore Glanville's comments.

Also on Tuesday, Rimes posted a photo on Instagram, and in the caption told fans, "Let negativity circle around you, observe it, know it's there, but remain in your light. It's one of the most difficult things to do when the negative energy can be so heavy. You don't have to take it on. Others are responsible for their energy and their feelings, you are not. You are responsible for yours. You have every right to set boundaries and protect energy, your heart, your being."

Earlier this week, Glanville told Richie that Rimes continued to post photos of her sons on social media to get under her skin, even though she had asked Rimes to refrain from doing so.

"I told her, I said 'It doesn't make me mad, it hurts my feelings.' I'm missing half of their life as it is," Glanville explained, via People Magazine. "I tucked my tail and went 'Please, just around the holidays, don't do it.' And she's like, 'It's my family too and I'm gonna do whatever I want.'"
