Kristin Cavallari opened up on how she maintains that healthy figure after three kids.

Kristin Cavallari Goes Back To Eating Healthy After Giving Birth

The reality star gave birth to her third child, Saylor, less than two months ago and has managed to keep up with her dietary plan during and after her pregnancy. In a report from E! News on Thursday, Cavallari gave details on what she did to stay fit.

"It starts with maintaining a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy," she said. "I worked out and ate the way I normally do: healthy 80% of the time, and 20% late whatever I wanted. I also worked out until a week before I had Saylor."

How Did Kristin Cavallari Celebrate Her Birthday This Year?

The former cast member of The Hills then explained specifics on what she ate as well as what she does for her children.

"Breastfeeding helps a lot and eating the way I always do after having her," Cavallari said. "I avoid processed food as much as possible and I rely on tons of veggies, protein and complex carbs. I eat real food, including bacon and butter. I stay away from certain additives, which I talk a lot about in my book, and I eat organic as much as possible. I mostly eat at home and cook my meals so I know exactly what I am getting."

Cavallari and her husband of two years, Jay Cutler, are also parents to Camden, 3, and Jaxon, 1.
