On Sunday night, Jan. 10, the 2016 Golden Globes happened, and one of the celebrities who presented an award were Jamie Foxx and Lily James. They presented the award for Best Original Score in a Motion Picture at the Golden Globes.

What made them differ from all the other presenters was that Jamie Foxx made a Steve Harvey Miss Universe impression.

He made an epic spoof by announcing the wrong award winner. However, Foxx declared the “winner” was Straight Outta Compton, without even taking a look at the envelope. It was pretty interesting, because the movie wasn’t a nominee in the first place. The actual winner of the award was Ennio Morricone for The Hateful Eight.

Though Foxx apologized profusely, just as Harvey did after his Miss Universe gaffe. “I’m sorry, folks. I made a mistake. It’s right here on the card. It’s right here on the card,” Foxx said while on stage.“I take full responsibility – full responsibility. It was right here on the card … I apologize to everybody in Compton.”

After the joke, Foxx did a very sweet acknowledgement for his daughter, Corrine Foxx, as he introduced her as our very own Miss Golden Globe.

“This young lady never asked me for money. This young lady never asked me for anything. This young lady’s never been in trouble. This young lady deserves this moment,” Foxx said of his daughter. “She was here when she was 10 years old when she was in the fifth grade, and she came with her father to this event. This young lady is absolutely the love of my life. This young lady is absolutely my heart. She is Miss Golden Globe. This young lady’s name is Miss Corinne Foxx.”
