This time it’s not a woman who is calling out Arenas, but rather LA County itself. The county filed a lawsuit against the NBA star for back child support last year on a daughter that he has not claimed.

The five-year-old child, Paige Arenas, is said to be on welfare with her mother, Erica Schiele. While the child is suffering, Gilbert did indeed confirm he was the father when he signed papers along with Schiele awhile back. Still, she and Schiele are living together.

LA County wants Gilbert to pay $288 every month to help fund Paige’s needs. That does not include healthcare and insurance, which they also have requested Gilbert pay. It got to that specific amount after using a “low income adjustment,” which is determined by how much the county thinks Gilbert brings in consistently. Schiele is not working at this time at all, according to Bossip who reported the news Wednesday.

Gilbert had exactly 30 days to decide what action he wants to take moving forward. The 30 days has come and gone with no response from Gilbert. So they sent another judgment against him. He still has not responded as of Wednesday.

Meanwhile, he and Govan, who were once engaged to be married and have four children together, have taken a break from battling one another in social media.
