When it comes to the Duggar family, no one knows what the real truth is behind closed doors. And that's probably why Anna Duggar is speaking out more these days about her situation with her husband Josh Duggar, just to end all of the fan and media speculation surrounding her marriage and personal life.

Josh Duggar News: Wife Anna Duggar's Extreme Weight Loss Due To Stress? 

According to People Magazine on Friday, the young mother-of-four opened up about how she's dealing with her life as a single mom, as Josh has been in rehab since last summer. Anna says that she's not giving up on her husband anytime soon - despite his cheating scandal from last year - and that he's giving him as much support as she can as his trusted and loyal wife.

She said, "Just recently I visited Josh. It was an important step on a long difficult road. I want to thank all of you for your prayers and your messages of hope."

Anna added, "I can never express how your kindness and prayers have brought encouragement when I needed it most - outpacing the grief and discouragement at every turn."

Still, fans can't help but wonder why Anna is still holding on to Josh and some think that is all has to boil down to one thing: money.

A few comments from fans included, "It's all about the money...before TLC came along, the Duggars were struggling, living in a tiny place, getting assistance from their church. All that easy reality show money is addictive, as is the fame, until the scandals broke the Duggars were rock stars in the fundamentalist world," along with, "These Duggars are the biggest load of hypocrites that I have ever come across. They use the Bible for their own selfish use, but the good lord above put them in their place."

Another fan wrote, "I actually feel sorry for this woman, she has been raised to think she has no other use than to serve her husband and give him children. No education, no self esteem and definitely no options to leave this disgusting pig. What a way to live!"
