This will be the first child for Tyra Banks and her photographer beau, Erik Asla, who have been together for two years.The supermodel and new mom announced the arrival of her baby boy via gestational surrogate on Instagram, alongside a photo of a newborn hospital hat with a caption:

 The best present we worked and prayed so hard for is finally here. He's got my fingers and big eyes and his daddy Erik's mouth and chin. As we thank the angel of a woman that carried our miracle baby boy for us, we pray for everyone who struggles to reach this joyous milestone. York Banks Asla, welcome to the world.

After Chrissy Teigen opened up about her obstacles at getting pregnant, Tyra decided to also share her own personal hurdles.
