Chelsea Handler appeared on Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday and the outspoken comedian-turned-late night talk show host didn't hold back with sharing her opinion on what she thinks of other celebrities.

Live host Andy Cohen asked the Chelsea Lately star her thoughts on when country singer Taylor Swift was offended by jokes said about her by 2013 Golden Globes co-hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler during the awards ceremony.

Handler, 38, at first refused to comment on the subject and then finally gave her thoughts on Swift's string of failed romances.

"My theory about Taylor Swift is that she's a virgin," Handler quipped to Cohen. "That everyone breaks up with her after two weeks because she's like 'I'm not gonna do it.' Every guy thinks they're gonna de-virginize her and they're not. She's never gonna get de-virginized. Ever."

When asked her thoughts on Angelina Jolie, Handler, who is close friends with Jennifer Aniston, compared the actress to a "demon" and said her opnion has nothing to do with her friendship with the Friends star.

"She seems like a demon," Handler said of Jolie. "It has nothing to do with Jennifer. As a woman, I know when you see somebody walking across the room- that's a bad girl."

Handler who has made comments about Jolie in the past said she doesn't think that Brad Pitt's fiancée is a "girl's girl."

"I like girl's girls!"  Handler added.

Handler is well-known for her acid tongue and it reportedly got her into trouble at work - she was told to quit ripping into TODAY anchor Matt Lauer. Enstars reported that Handler and her staff of writers received a warning from Comcast- the brass that owns both NBC and E! - after she made a dig about the Matt Lauer- Ann Curry feud.

After TODAY weatherman Al Roker shared an embarrassing admission in January on a Dateline interview, saying he "pooped" in his pants during a press visit at the White House, Handler digged into both Roker and Lauer.

"This isn't the first time a TODAY show cast member was in the news about this sensitive subject," Handler joked about Roker's confession. "For years, it was common knowledge that Matt Lauer spent every morning s***ting all over Ann Curry."
