The synopsis and preview for the next episode, 'A Badge and a Gun,' of season 11 of Criminal Minds has been revealed.

Showrunner 'Absolutely Wants' Jane Lynch Back In Season 11 

According to synopsis the BAU will deal with a criminal who is actually invited into the victims' homes. In the preview clip Jennifer Jareau (A.J. Cook) is seen revealing that the perpetrator "needs his victims to allow him into their homes." In the next frame it is revealed that the UnSub masquerades as the FBI by flashing a badge to get into his vicitms' homes. Eventually JJ makes her most chilling assesment, asking if he could actually be one of them.

Here's the official synopsis:

"The BAU searches Los Angeles after the team discovers security footage that shows an UnSub being invited into victims' homes."

JJ's Husband To Return In Season 11?  

It's going to be a bit of a wait for the next episode, as it will be coming on air after two weeks. 

In other recent news, CBS revealed that Paget Brewster will be reprising her role as Emily Prentiss in season 11 of Criminal Minds for one episode. According to the report, Prentiss will be back to "track an elusive international serial killer. Like before, she will enlist the help of her friends at the BAU when she is convinced the killer's next victim is on American soil." 

The episode will air on CBS on February 24.
