Television personality Kelly Osbourne was reportedly rushed to the hospital on Thursday after suffering a seizure while she was on the set of E!'s Fashion Police.

Fox News stated that the 28-year-old was sitting near co-host Melissa Rivers when she began to feel sick towards the end of the one-hour taping just before noon. She allegedly informed Rivers that she wasn't feeling good and then proceeded to fall from her chair. Rivers then grabbed her and assisted her to the floor where Obsourne began to shake.

Although the daughter of Ozzie Osbourne came around a few minutes later, emergency personnel were alerted and an ambulance was sent to the scene.

Osbourne was then put onto a stretcher and covered with sheets before being rushed to a Los Angeles hospital for potential treatment and testing.

Although it still remains uncertain as to what led to Osbourne's collapse and seizure, her rep told Huffington Post that the star was currently awake, alert and in stable condition.

"Kelly Osbourne fainted on the set of E!'s Fashion Police today. She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition. She will be staying overnight as a precautionary measure."

Joan Rivers confirmed Osbourne's status by stating the following to TMZ:

"She's fine. We just saw her."

The Hollywood gossip site reported that this is the first seizure Osbourne has ever suffered. She previously sprain her ankle after getting her shoe stuck in a bathroom drain, according to a post she put on Twitter, where she had showed a picture of her injured right foot.

However, she isn't the only member of her family to have had a health issue. In 2012, her brother, Jack was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and her mother Sharon was successful in her bout with colon cancer almost a decade ago.
