Despite making out with a stranger on a Los Angeles street just days after debuting his relationship with beauty queen Raquel Leviss, the Vanderpump Rules star has seemingly received no punishment, and on Valentine's Day, he was back in the arms of Leviss.

Although most women would have taken offense at Kennedy's behavior (see video below), Leviss doesn't seem to have noticed, or cared, and at this point, it doesn't appear that they split at all due to his sloppy after-the-club makeout with an unidentified woman. Instead, Leviss continues to gush over her boyfriend, and last month, they celebrated his 24th birthday together.

Prior to his relationship with Leviss, Kennedy dated Kristen Doute, but as fans saw on Vanderpump Rules, he was caught going on a date with Lala Kent prior to their split, and has been lusting after his co-star ever since.
