On Thursday, Kelly Osbourne had a severe medical scare when she was transported to a hospital following a seizure. While nothing has yet to be officially diagnosed, doctors reportedly now feel that Osbourne may be an epileptic.

TMZ reported that the seizure was far more severe than initially anticipated and that doctors are still in the midst of running tests.

While it still remains a possibility that the on set ordeal was an isolated incident, medical professionals think that there is a chance that the Fashion Police star does have epilepsy.

Sources of the Hollywood gossip site also revealed that Osbourne will be in the hospital for a couple more days.

The 28-year-old's mother recently Sharon Osbourne took to Twitter on March 8 to reassure fans that her daughter was doing fine.

"I want to thank everyone for their concern about @MissKellyO. She's doing fine she's at Cedars and is surrounded by the best doctors & love."

On the same day, Osbourne herself also gave an update on the social networking website, giving thanks to all her followers for their support while also confirming her medical predicament.

"Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?

Fox News had stated that Osbourne was sitting near co-host Melissa Rivers when she began to feel sick towards the end of the one-hour taping just before noon. She allegedly informed Rivers that she wasn't feeling good and then proceeded to fall from her chair. Rivers then grabbed her and assisted her to the floor where Obsourne began to shake.

Although Osbourne managed to came around a few minutes later, emergency personnel were alerted and an ambulance was sent to the scene. Osbourne was then put onto a stretcher and covered with sheets before being rushed to a Los Angeles hospital.
