A passerby managed to capture video of a helicopter crashing into Pearl Harbor in Hawaii earlier today.

The shocking clip shows as the helicopter careens to the ground below, landing in shallow waters near the witness, losing power after landing in the water.

According to reports, five people were on board the aircraft, with one teenaged passenger critically injured.
