Vicki Gunvalson may have wrapped filming on The Real Housewives of Orange County several months ago, but due to the ongoing controversy of Brooks Ayers' allegedly fake cancer, she continues to face drama online.
In a couple of tweets from earlier this month, Gunvalson defended her comments about Ayers' diagnosis, claiming she would never have assumed he was lying about having cancer.
@kymmfr60 And to correct you..... I had nothing to do with Brooks & his cancer! I was there to support him & believed him. Why wouldn't I?

@thebslodge Really?! Wow your out of line. If you haven't stayed up on things, he confessed he lied, not me — Vicki Gunvalson (@vgunvalson) February 17, 2016
Throughout the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Meghan King Edmonds, the newest cast member on the show, made a number of comments about Ayers' cancer claims not adding up, and by the end of the season, all of the ladies had questions. However, Gunvalson remained dedicated to Ayers and his alleged cancer battle until the show wrapped.
Following production, Gunvalson announced she and Ayers were parting ways after dating on and off for four years.
Vicki Gunvalson will return to The Real Housewives of Orange County later this year for season 11. A premiere date has not yet been announced.
