Sacha Baron Cohen is back at the Oscars, sans ashes.

The Brothers Grimsby actor hit the stage for film's biggest night, and considering his past Awards stunts, there was little doubt that his 2016 appearance would disappoint. This year, Cohen capitalized on the Oscar's diversity issue by pulling out his old Ali G persona.

Aside from his turns as Borat, Bruno, and The Dictator, Cohen has made a name for himself thanks to his numerous award show pranks. Back in 2012, the comedian made waves when he walked the red carpet as The Dictator's despotic lead Admiral General Shabazz Aldeen, ultimately dusting Ryan Seacrest's tux with layer of Kim Jong Il's ashes. At the BAFTA's, Cohen tricked attendees into thinking he'd really knocked a wheelchair-bound senior off the stage.

Fans can catch the former Ali G this March in The Brothers Grimsby. In May, Cohen will dive into the world of Lewis Caroll as Time in Alice Through the Looking Glass.
