Heart Attack singer and The X Factor judge Demi Lovato has some new surprises to share.

She recently decided to get a new shoulder-length hairstyle and tweeted a photo of her new shorter haircut Tuesday night. The 20-year old said in the past that she likes to experiment. She told Allure in 2012, "You know you've made it when you can dye your hair blue."

Her physical appearance isn't the only change Lovato is rumored to be making in her life. In the Twitter photo she wears with a ring on her finger, the only piece of jewelry she's wearing, according to Starpulse.com. Her on-and-off boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, flew to Los Angeles Tuesday before Lovato posted the picture. Could he have proposed that day?

The singer is also waiting to hear if she will be returning for season three of The X Factor.

"We'd be crazy not to have her back," Cowell told The Hollywood Reporter when asked if Lovato would return. "I liked having Demi on the show... she's fun to work with."

As if that's not enough to keep her busy, Lovato recently found out about a new member of her family.

"I just got to know I have an older sister I have never known in my whole life," she said on WBLI's Dana and Jeffrey in the Morning, according to Ok Magazine.
