It looks like Abby Lee Miller isn't as tough as looks like on the small screen. Apparently, there's a new report that hints the Dance Moms star is leaving the country to avoid her federal fraud case and ultimately, jail time or at least postpone her case.
According to Star Magazine on Wednesday, sources close to the controversial reality television star say that she's acting like she doesn't have a "care in the world" as she just asked a judge in her case to grant her permission to travel internationally.
Apparently, Miller and her Abby Lee Dance Company are headed for a European tour that will take them to Norway on March 14, Scotland on March 15 and 16, England on March 17 through 22, Gibraltar on March 23 through 25, and France on March 27 through 31.
Her application said, "Ms. Miller's employment presently requires her to travel internationally during March 2016."
So far, Miller has pleaded not guilty to two counts of bankruptcy fraud, five counts of concealment of bankruptcy assets and 13 counts of making false bankruptcy declarations.
And while Miller doesn't think she's guilty in the case, many fans think she might end up behind bars just like fellow reality star Teresa Giudice, who just finished her one-year sentence for fraud back in December.
