When it comes to the Kardashian family, you just never know what they'll do or say next. That's why fans can't help but wonder what's really going on between Kourtney Kardashian and Justin Bieber as a new report suggests the reality television star might be pregnant with her fourth child.

What's more, there's even a rumor that says her baby daddy Scott Disick is freaking out over the news while Justin is supposedly excited about becoming a father.

According to Life & Style's print edition this week, Kourtney and Justin are making it no secret that they are having a baby together as they've been telling all of their friends and family about their baby news.

Yet blogger Amanda Austin thinks this might be another trick up Kris Jenner's sleeve to keep her daughters' names in the headlines with bizarre rumors.

She writes, "Normally, we would laugh at a crazy story like this. But, Kourtney all but confirmed that she was having sex with Biebs on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' and she is basically the most fertile woman in Hollywood, so stranger things have happened."
