March Madness has officially started and while the full 2013 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament bracket was unveiled Sunday, President Obama, the nation's biggest fan had his annual bracket session with ESPN.

Before leaving on a trip to the Middle East, the president made his selections and predicted Indiana to defeat Louisville in the championship game."I think this is Indiana's year," Obama said.

He also picked Florida and Ohio State to make the Final Four.

Obama's record is 1-3 in picking champions during his first term in office.

Last March, President Barack Obama predicted Georgetown would be the top team within this year's NCAA tournament.

"I love Coach Thompson, I love Georgetown's program," Obama said at the time. "I think they are a year away. Next year, they are going to make a great run."

Obama predicted that Georgetown will get past Florida Gulf Coast and Oklahoma this weekend in Philadelphia, but will fall short to Florida in the Sweet 16.

According to the president, UCLA isn't going to do much upsetting this weekend. He has the sixth-seeded Bruins losing in a first-round upset to Minnesota on Friday.

"UCLA lost a key player," Obama said about forward Jordan Adams. "Minnesota's been playing tough. I think Tubby Smith's team is going to do pretty well."

Obama also predicted that VCU will make it to the round of 32 where they will be booted by Michigan.

Last year Obama ranked 2,347,421 out of roughly 6.45 million brackets on ESPN.com. He incorrectly picked North Carolina to win the championship title.

Like Obama, other celebrities took to social media to express their excitement and to cheer on their favorite teams.

Singer John Legend, who is an alum of Ohio State University, tweeted, "Congratulations to THE Ohio State University! Big 10 champs!" By winning the Big 10 conference title, Ohio State secured a two-seed. The Buckeyes will face No. 15-seed Iona College."

The second round of the men's games will take place on Thursday and Friday. The third round will be played over the weekend on the March 23 and 24, while the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight games will run through the 28-31.

The championship game will be held at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Ga.
