It looks like no matter what the Duggars say or do these days, they just can't catch a break with their critics. Even though Jill Duggar herself has been doing her best to stay off of social media lately, she and her husband Derick Dillard did spark a lot of concern for a photo they shared on her Instagram account on Easter.

The reason? Many fans are worried about Derick's health, given his ever-changing appearance.

Jill simply captioned the photo with, "Happy Easter....one day late! Jesus is alive! :-) #dillardfamily" but her fans seemed to focus more on Derick than anything else in the pic, including their almost 1-year-old son, Israel David.

Some comments included, "Derrick would look a lot better if he cut his hair he look very ill," along with, "My goodness doesn't he know how bad his hair and beard looks? That bushy thing could carry lice in a third world country."

Another follower wrote, "You people are ignorant. They are in South America doing missionary work. His hair and facial hair SHOULD NOT BE A ISSUE. GOD BLESS JILL & DERICK AND Israel."

So far the Duggars have not made any comments on the criticism, nor have they updated their fans on their whereabouts. Jill and Derick have been spending the last year going back and forth between their home in Arkansas and their missionary work in Central America. Although they will be making an appearance on the second season of "Jill and Jessa: Counting On," their spin-off show with Jill's sister Jessa Duggar.
