Adrienne Maloof announced that she was quitting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on March 1 and fans might learn why in the two-part reunion special.

Bravo host Andy Cohen made an unusual move and announced a statement that Malooof will not be on season 3 reunion show because she has a secret. He did not say if she was fired but he made it very clear that she would not return for season 4  and she "refused" to speak about it.

"Today we are missing one of the Housewives who has been with us since the beginning. Adrienne Maloof has decided not to participate today," Cohen announced.

"This season was hard on Adrienne - as you know all know - a secret about her family was revealed by Brandi [Glanville] and from that moment on, Adrienne refused to speak directly about it ... Not only is she absent tonight, but she won't be on the show next season," Cohen added.

"Adrienne won't be here to tell her side of the story. Not only is she absent tonight, but she won't be on the show next season," Cohen said. "Adrienne Maloof's final act as a Housewife was not showing up tonight."

Maloof became angry with Glanville over a secret that has to be revealed about her, her estranged husband Paul Nassif and their children. Maloof successfully convinced Bravo to not air what Glanville revealed, according to a report.

Glanville revealed that Maloof used a surrogate to have six-year-old twins, Christian and Colin. Maloof also has a son Gavin, 9.

An insider reportedly said Maloof was "furious" because she wanted to tell the children herself when the time was right. Glanville, however, doesn't think she did anything wrong. "When you sign up for a reality show, everything you do in your life is fair game," Glanville told Us Weekly.

Maloof opened up about why she decided not to join her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars for the reunion taping.

"I think that Andy has to understand that [ex-husband] Paul [Nassif] and I were under a gag order from the court system, not to be able to speak about our marriage, our children, our divorce," Maloof told Celebuzz. "I'm just starting new and fresh and living with some dignity," she said.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Reunion- Part 2 will air on Bravo on Monday, April1.
