Life in Central America seems to be working out pretty well for Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard and that's probably why they've made no indication that they plan on moving back home anytime soon. In fact, Derick himself recently shared a photo of their 1-year-old son Israel David enjoying life in Guatemala as he too, has been tagging along during his parent's missionary work.

Derick shared a new pic on his Instagram account on Friday and captioned it with, "Here's what a tired Israel looks like after an afternoon of ministry in a local village. #localbaby #tiredbaby."

Many of his social media followers commented on the pic with, "He is so big and he looks just like you. How much longer do you guys have over there? @derickdillard," along with, "How long do you guys plan on staying in the mission field?"

Another fan wrote, "I wish they would show more footage of your surroundings on the mission field. Has this village had flooding? It looks like there's a lot of sand on the ground. Also, are you going to a local dentist to get your braces adjusted while you are there. That would actually make a pretty interesting segment."

There's also been a lot of speculation on whether or not Jill is pregnant with the couple's second child, but so far the couple has not responded to any of the pregnancy rumors.
