Chris Martin to Perform with Noel Gallagher at Brit Awards, Host Says

Coldplay's Chris Martin may perform with former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher at the 2012 Brit Awards, the event's host said.

News of the on-stage collaboration occurred after a possible slip-up by awards host James Corden on BBC Radio 2 on Tuesday.

"I'm not supposed to tell you this but this might have been announced, I don't really care," he told radio presenter Jo Whiley while speaking about Gallagher's scheduled performance. 

"I think Chris Martin is going to accompany him on the piano," he said. So much for keeping secrets.

Corden also revealed that Blur is rehearsing an 11-minute set. Other scheduled performers include Adele, Rihanna, and Bruno Mars.The Brit Awards take place on February 21 at London's O2 Arena.
