Fans found out that Kim Kardashian was pregnant when her boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, announced they were expecting their first child during his concert in Atlantic City in December.

In Sunday's season finale episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, viewers get to see how she shared the news with her family.

Kardashian had an argument with her sister Kourtney Kardashian after her older sister learned that Kim hired a private investgator to follow Scott Disick. Kourtney was so upset that she kicked Kim out of her house and Kim spent the night with her best friend, Jonathan Cheban. That night she suffered stomach pains and called Kourtney to take her to the hospital. When Kourtney questioned Kim about her hospital scare, Kim told her sister the truth: "I'm pregnant."

Kim confessed she hasn't yet told anyone else but West. She admitted that she was especially careful not to tell their sister, Khloé Kardashian Odom, because she has been struggling with fertility issues ever since she married her husband Lamar Odom in 2009.

Kourtney was more than supportive but Kim had her reservations about telling the rest of the family. First, Scott Disick is upset with her for hiring a private detective to follow him around. Then there's Khloe, who Kim is afraid will be upset by the news since she is facing her own fertility problems.

The E! cameras also turned to Disick in the season finale after Kim hired a private investigator to see what he has been up to.

In last week's episode, Kim teamed up with an investigator to help find a missing teenager and Disick becomes her next obsession. Scott came back from Vegas with a hangover and Kim became suspicious of his trip, so she hired the same investigator she helped on the missing teen case,

Khloe told her she thinks its a bad idea but Kim was determined.

"We need to find out the truth, it's our duty to step in," Kim said, to which Khloe replied. "It's our place if we see something. But we don't need to hire a private eye. That's bizarre."

In Sunday's season finale, Kim found makeup on Disick's collar and questioned him about it when he went to visit her,

"You're wearing a white shirt and you have makeup all over your collar... on both sides, Kim told Disick. "It's weird that you have makeup on your shirt. So you're dirty and you're shady."

The season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami airs Sunday, April 7 at 9/8 p.m. Central on E!
