While this season of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta is in full swing, Erica Dixon is not on the show for the first time since its pilot season. And it just might have been revealed why.

Dixon joined as the mother of Lil Scrappy’s child but definitely had a story line of her own at one point. Still, she was axed from the show when her drama with Scrappy went to a new level at the last season reunion special. On top of that, he was getting into a serious relationship with his now fiancé, Bambi, who also consistently bumped heads with Dixon.

Momma Dee sat down with PB & Tea recently and hinted that Dixon’s claim that she was “in fear of her life” after Scrappy blew up on her during the reunion last year caused Dixon to get fired. Momma Dee said that Dixon only made the claims because she and Scrappy were going through a very ugly custody battle for their daughter Emani. Momma Dee is convinced that Dixon was trying to make Scrappy look “violent” and unfit to interact with the child.

Dixon said it was a “false report” that they tried to make her “take back” but Dixon refused.

“Her strategy was smart. But it failed when it came down to reality TV,” she added. “You gotta play team ball. That’s something that Erica doesn’t know how to play.”

She then dubbed Dixon an “abomination to God, Barack Obama, Queen Elizabeth” and “The Queen of the South…Me.”
