The premiere of Greatest Hits airs Thursday night on ABC - but you can also watch it online.

Greatest Hits is a new six-week music event dedicated to honoring chart-toppers from the 1980s, '90s and 2000s. Hosted by Arsenio Hall and Kelsea Ballerini, the show will feature special musical performances from the artists who sang these iconic songs in addition to some of today's hottest artists.

The first episode of Greatest Hits, which airs Thursday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and centers on the hits of 1980-85.

Artists performing during the first episode include legends like REO Speedwagon, Kenny Loggins, Kim Carnes, Rick Springfield, Ray Parker, Jr. and Kool & the Gang, alongside current hitmakers Jason Derulo and Pitbull.

"The episode will showcase some of the greatest hits from the early '80s, including a duet with REO Speedwagon and Pitbull, and a special tribute to Michael Jackson performed by Jason Derulo," ABC states in the plot synopsis.

Future episodes of Greatest Hits will feature performances by such artists as Backstreet Boys, LL Cool J, Meghan Trainor, Jewel, Tori Kelly, John Legend, Coolio, CeeLo Green, Wiz Khalifa, Hanson, Bret Michaels, Miguel, Grace Potter, Chicago, Aloe Blacc, Foreigner, Nate Ruess and Wilson Phillips.
