Heading into the Containment finale, our heroes will still have the same three goals - bring down Dr. Lomers, escape the cordon, and find a cure. Each mission has slowly become a mantra for Lex, the members of BitScan, and the hospital crew, but, as the clock ticks down, their chances of success are quickly dwindling.

The natives are restless. With only three episodes to go in The CW's contagious limited series, every step forward causes two steps back. As death and conspiracy weigh heavy on Atlanta, "Path to Paradise" could break through the crack in everything and let the light flood in.

"With only one shot to take Dr. Lommers (Claudia Black) down for good, Lex (David Gyasi) carefully plans his next steps," The CW teased. "Jana (Christina Moses), Suzy (guest star Nadine Lewington), Teresa (Hanna Mangan Lawrence) and Xander (guest star Demetrius Bridges) make their dangerous escape out of the cordon, but unexpected road blocks threaten to destroy their chance of making it home."

Meanwhile, those at the hospital will pull out all the stops to find a cure. If Katie (Kristen Gutoskie) makes it through the next two episodes alive, you can bet Jake (Chris Wood) will do anything to make sure the virus doesn't make an orphan of young Quentin (Zachary Unger).

"Inside the cordon, Dr. Cannerts (George Young) and Jake make a breakthrough discovery following a risky experimental treatment," reads the CW summary.

Those stuck behind the cordon were unwillingly forced to put everything on the line, and soon our favorite cop will do the same. After all, it's justice or bust, is it not?

"Finally, with time running out, Lex is forced to make a decision that will change his life forever."
