Kourtney Kardashian Kids: Pregnant With Scott Disick, Dating Justin Bieber? [VIDEO]

Kourtney Kardashian, who is reportedly pregnant with her fourth child with Scott Disick, was spotted on the beach in Miami over the weekend.

As rumors swirl in regard to the Keeping Up With the Kardashian's star's alleged pregnancy, the 37-year-old showed off her fit frame in a one-piece swimsuit with her three kids, Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1, and longtime friend Larsa Pippen.

Then, as Radar Online revealed, Kardashian "was spotted out Saturday night partying the night away at Liv nightclub."

While Radar Online pointed out the possibility of Kardashian having rekindled her romance with Justin Bieber, 22, whom she's been linked to on and off since last October, there hasn't yet been any photos of the rumored couple together. That said, Bieber was in Miami on June 2 and June 3 for two shows at the American Airlines Arena.

Last week, In Touch Weekly claimed Kardashian was four weeks pregnant with her fourth child.

"Kourtney has always wanted four kids, but has been adamant about not wanting multiple baby daddies," a magazine insider explained, revealing her family was initially shocked by the news.

Disick has "been doting on her and the kids [Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1] ever since they found out," the source continued. "This baby may even get them back together!"

As for the family, they were understandably surprised by the news, but have since come around to the idea.

"Their reaction was, 'What the hell and why?' Especially Khloé [Kardashian], she was speechless," a second source revealed to In Touch Weekly. "Kourtney tried to downplay it at first, but eventually she defended her decision, reminding them all that she has always wanted four kids."

In response, Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, was "ecstatic" and her sister, Kim Kardashian, was said to be on board with the idea as well.
