Someone outside of the majority alliance is HOH in the Big Brother 18 house, but will she bend to the will of her returnee teammate?

Head of Household: Bridgette Dunning

Other houseguests: Bronte D'Acquisto, Corey Brooks, Da'Vonne Rogers, Frank Eudy, James Huling, Michelle Meyer, Natalie Negrotti, Nicole Franzel, Paul Abrahamian, Paulie Calafiore, Tiffany Rousso and Zakiyah Everette

Bridgette winning Head of Household this week really threw things out of whack for the 8-Pack. In the wake of Thursday night's HOH competition, many in the 8-Pack were scrambling and worried about who Bridgette might nominate. As part of Bridgette's team, Frank, Michelle and Paulie are all safe, but the rest of the alliance was nervous throughout the night.

Nicole in particular was fretting about, considering she's barely even talked to Bridgette since they've been in the house. However, Frank assured her and the rest of the alliance that he was going to push for Tiffany and Paul to be nominated, with Tiffany as the intended target.

Frank's talk with Bridgette seemed to be successful for him, as she more or less acquiesced to his suggestion of nominating Tiffany and Paul. Paul later joined in the conversation and reinforced the plan. However, he suggested the idea of nominating Bronte, which Bridgette obviously didn't like or agree to considering she's part of her Powerpuff Girls alliance. Bridgette also brought up the option of nominating Corey and Nicole, but it's looking like she might just nominate Paul and Tiffany so she doesn't get blood on her hands.

Meanwhile, things got ugly between the returning players later in the night. Corey told James that Frank had told him he wanted Da'Vonne and James out because they have kids and would therefore be harder to beat in the end. James was not exactly pleased with this, but things soon became even worse for Da'Vonne when Frank smacked her on the butt. This angered her as she yelled at him to stop hitting her, and while he thought she was joking, she clearly wasn't.

Tensions are clearly boiling at this point, and it might only get worse considering Frank is completely safe this week. Fans should probably expect Paul and Tiffany to be nominated, with Corey as a possible backup eviction plan if Tiffany wins Veto. Either way, this should be an interesting week to watch in the Big Brother house.

Big Brother 18 is set to air another new episode Sunday night at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
