Khloe Kardashian is said to be extremely disappointed after Lamar Odom’s latest move.

Odom, who is still in recovery after fighting for his life following an overdose in October, was spotted in a strip club in Los Angeles just before he was ordered to exit a plane that was heading for New York City. Word is he was too intoxicated to be on the flight.

“It’s really sad for Khloe to see Lamar in an unhealthy place,” one source told People magazine Tuesday. “She cares so much about him but she can only do so much.”

Another source confirmed that and added, “She’s not doing well. She is frustrated because she knows there is nothing she can do.”

Kardashian has been on hand and attempting to help Odom on his road to recovery since his near fatal incident. He even has been making appearances on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Interestingly enough, in Sunday night’s episode of the show Odom played a huge part in bringing Kardashian and Rob Kardashian together after they spent months apart. But when Odom lets out a cough, Khloe checks him for smoking cigarettes.

“The smoking still going good for you, huh?” she asked. “He’s already out drinking, that’s what he was doing all last night.”

Rob then pointed out that Khloe’s decision to call out Lamar is why he has decided to stay away from her for so long.

“See, this is what I was talking about the other day,” Rob said. “When you said why I don’t call Khloe? Because a simple conversation could turn into a crazy…”

Lamar agreed with Rob.

As for Odom, Khloe has possibly responded to him being removed from the flight via Twitter.
