The WWE announced that it has partnered with E! to bring Total Divas to the small screen.

The reality T.V. show will launch this summer. It will feature WWE Divas Natalya, The Bella Twins and The Funkadactyls. It will follow their professional lives inside the squared circle and their personal lives away from the ring. The cameras will capture the beauties attempting to find a balance in their hectic schedules and the sacrifices they make.

Filming started after Wrestlemania 29 which aired on pay per view on April 7.

"We are excited to work with E! on the launch of 'Total Divas,' a series that will showcase the professional and personal lives of WWE's multi-talented female performers," WWE Executive Vice President of Television Production Kevin Dunn said.

"There is no series on the air that can rival the charm, beauty, larger than life personalities, drama and glamour that this show will deliver."

The E! press release teased what viewers could expect from the female grapplers which is to  "wrestle with the challenges of life in the spotlight, a grueling work and travel schedule, and the intense competition for prominence in a career that leaves little time for a personal life."

E! President Suzanne Kolb expressed her happiness with the partnership. Kolb was looking forward to pulling the curtain back on what she called one of America's favorite pastimes.

"With tens of millions of weekly fans at their disposal, these glamorous, entertaining and tough women prove that behind the glitz of the spotlight, the locker room drama and the jockeying for position within the organization, they are all drawn to one thing: stardom," Kolb said.

The other divas who will be featured are new faces Natalia Eva Marie and Joseann Alexie Offerman. Marie will wrestle under the ring name Eva Marie and was a 2012 Powertec Fashion Model Winner. Offerman will be billed as Jo-Jo Offerman. She is Dominican singer/dancer. Both were discovered by the wrestling company through their Diva's training camp.

This is not the first foray that WWE has made into reality television. WWE Tough Enough was produced by WWE . The participants underwent  professional wrestling training and competed for a contract with the wrestling organization while WWE Diva Search was a talent competition for the women who ultimately became wrestlers.
