Former NBA player Michael Jordan married his longtime girlfriend Yvette Prieto over the weekend and new pictures of the newlywed's lavish ceremony have surfaced on the net.

People Magazine reported the couple wed at Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal church in front of 500 friends and family. The reception was held at Bears Club in Jupiter, Florida that consisted of more than1500 guests.

In their first official wedding photo, the couple were all smiles as they shared their first dance. Prieto wore a beautiful French silk voile corseted J'Aton Couture wedding gown with handmade silk lace and Swarovski crystals.

The reception venue was filled with white roses, peonies and tulips with hints of purple for their floral arrangements by Mark's Garden, according to Us Weekly. After the ceremony, the flowers were donated to the Jupiter Medical Center.

Guests included Tiger Woods, former NBA Player Patrick Ewing, Jordan's former teammate Scottie Pippen, Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen and many more.

The couple and their guests were entertained by Usher, DJ MC Lyte, singers K'Jon, Robin Thicke, and The Source.

"They've been planning for months and months," a source said. "He wanted to give Yvette everything she's ever wanted."

Jordan got engaged to Prieto, in December 2011. The pair began dating in 2008.

This is Jordan's second marriage. He married Juanita Vanoy in September 1989, and they divorced in 2006. They have two sons, Jeffrey Michael and Marcus James, and a daughter, Jasmine.

According to Fox News, Prieto has modeled for top notch designers such as Alexander Wang. Before launching her modeling career, she worked in her father's business. She is reported to have attended college for business management.

Reports indicated that Jordan had Prieto sign a prenuptial agreement to protect all his fortune believed to be worth $650 million.

"Michael loves Yvette, but he won't let that interfere with his common sense - and his money - like it did before," a source said.
