The goal has been to get him finally sent to prison to face punishment for his numerous crimes, but as the case against Julian (William DeVry) continue to unravel, Sonny (Maurice Benard) will try to take action to get things back on track on General Hospital.

Julian is on trial for ordering the hit on Duke, murdering Carlos, and trying to kill Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) after she wore a wire to try and get him turned in for the other two crimes, but so far, thanks to Paul (Richard Burgi) working behind the scenes to keep Ava (Maura West) from exposing him as the Necktie Killer, the case has proven to be unsuccessful. Not only was all the evidence obtained through the wire tap thrown out, but Alexis' testimony also proved to not go well because she had been drinking before heading to court, and rambled more often than she told a valid account of what happened.

She then passed out as she returned to her seat, and Julian was the one to catch her, but now, he will be ordered to leave her alone as Sam (Kelly Monaco) goes to help her mother and orders her father to back as far away as possible.

"Get your hands off of her, don't touch her!" She snaps in a preview clip for the Monday, September 19 episode.

Meanwhile, Sonny is seeing the justice he wants for not only Alexis, but for Duke, disappear before his eyes because of what's been happening. And unaware that Paul is the one who maneuvered to get the evidence thrown out, he will go to him and tell the district attorney to put him on the stand, so he can testify to Julian's crimes and possibly salvage the situation.

"Get me on the stand," he says in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
