Nina Dobrev refuses to go back to "The Vampire Diaries" series finale despite being pressured by the show's executives. In the process, the actress slams her critics through an Instagram post.

Before the last season of "The Vampire Diaries" starts, the production is being plagued with a setback, named Nina Dobrev. The Canadian actress, who left the series after season 5, has been immensely rumored to be coming back to Mystic Falls one last time as a proper farewell to TVD's many fans.

Dobrev, however, repeatedly answers that she no longer has any plans of being a part of the CW series at all. She made it clear before she left that season 5 is definitely her last and no more after that. However, the production team of "The Vampire Diaries" did not lose any hope and continued to woe Dobrev to reprise her role as Elena Gilbert.

The 27-year-old actress, tired of all the speculations of her TVD comeback and the pressure she is getting from fans and executives, alike, took her frustration to social media. Dobrev posted a picture with a quotation, which is allegedly targeting all her critics, said Celebrity Dirty Laundry.

The IG post read, "And she gave no f***s. Not even one. And she lived happily ever after. The end." People, who have seen the post, quickly considered that the statement is a jab at all those who cannot understand her decision to not revive her character in the show.

Dobrev's Hollywood career shined when she was casted as Elena Gilbert in "The Vampire Diaries." She became a household name and quickly gained admiration from fans of the TV series and the books, as well.

When the Bulgarian-born actress left the show in 2014, she starred in just a few movies and none of which was really box office material. Her biggest casting in a movie so far is the upcoming Vin Diesel film.
