She won the impressive property in their divorce settlement last year, but Miranda Lambert appears to officially be ushering out the old by listing the former marital home she shared with Blake Shelton in Nashville for sale.

According to Variety, which first reported the listing, the mansion is listed at an asking price of just under $2.6 million, and is already pending sale from an unknown potential buyer at a currently also unknown price.

The property, located in a guard-gated community and spread out over 0.88-acres was one that the former couple purchased together in the summer of 2013-two years after they married and just two years before they announced they were divorcing, for a price of $2.26 million.

It encompasses 11,000 square feet, features five bedrooms and six full and two half bathrooms, and has a master suite with octagonal sitting room, bedroom with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, morning bar and large bathroom.

There is also a columned portico with a double-height entrance gallery, formal living room with wood floors, fireplace and mirrored mantel, a triple-stacked wall of windows, stone-column lined formal dining room and double-height library. There is also a massive recreation space in the basement which also features a billiard area, a full wet bar, lounge with fireplace and home theater, and a backyard which features a T-shaped swimming pool, dining terrace with built-in grilling station, and backs up to a private golf course.

The decision to sell the property comes more than a year after Lambert purchased a $3.4 million 400+ acre compound of her own near Primm Springs, Tennessee, and after her ex-husband's new girlfriend, Gwen Stefani also listed her former marital home in L.A. that she shared with Gavin Rossdale, listed at $35 million.

Shelton still resides in the 1,200 acre home in Tishomingo, Oklahoma he and Lambert shared, and also spends time on the West Coast with Stefani, where he rents a home in Beverly Hills.
