Josh Altman and Heather Bilyeu are preparing to welcome their first child and as they get their lives ready for the addition of their baby girl, Bilyeu is keeping fans in the loop with her pregnancy on social media.

Ahead of Altman and Bilyeu's televised wedding on Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles season nine, Bilyeu has shared her latest baby bump photo and revealed she is 20 weeks along.

"#20weekspregnant," Bilyeu wrote in the caption of the photo.

Altman and Bilyeu first revealed news of her pregnancy in September.

Speaking to The Daily Dish of how he discovered news of his wife's pregnancy, Altman explained, "Heather was in LA. [and I] was in Miami for a speech. It was a week before we were leaving for our honeymoon. Heather was about six days late and was emptying her bladder every 10 minutes. Heather decided to take a pregnancy test at home by herself but not really thinking she was pregnant. It came back positive and couldn't believe it so took another. Heather was shocked!"

"I thought, I want to tell him in person, I need to wait and then 20 seconds later dialed Josh on the beach in Miami and sent him a pic of the tests. Josh thought it was a joke. And I said no really we are pregnant! Josh flew home early the next day to celebrate!" Bilyeu recalled.
